- Message content and history: We retain records of messages sent and received through the Service to support delivery, compliance, and troubleshooting.
- Billing information: Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect exclusively to deliver and improve the Service:
- To send automated SMS messages on your behalf (missed call text-backs, review requests, reactivation blasts)
- To forward customer replies to your phone number
- To contact you regarding your account, billing, or setup

3. We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information or your customers' contact information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Full stop.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with a small number of trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the Service:
- Stripe: Our payment processor. Stripe handles all payment card data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
- Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party providers to operate the Service. These providers access data only as necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
5. SMS Opt-Out
Any individual who receives an automated SMS through our Service may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receiving a STOP reply, our system will immediately remove that number from future messaging and confirm the opt-out. Standard message and data rates may apply.
